**Outlet Sales Promoter — Premium Brand THULE** We are seeking an **Outlet Sales Promoter** to represent **THULE**, the global leader in premium solutions for transportation and outdoor activities. You will be responsible for delivering a high-end shopping experience, advising customers on specialized products such as **roof racks and premium automotive accessories**. **Key Responsibilities** * Full product portfolio display * Personalized customer service and consultation * Sales execution and closing * Order taking * Product arrangement and control on sales floor and in warehouse * Recording of incoming and outgoing goods in the system * Inventory control and operational support in-store **Working Hours** **10:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.** Two consecutive rest days per week, rotating during weekdays **We Offer** * Gross monthly salary: **$10,048\.00\.** * Punctuality and attendance bonus: **$500 monthly** * Transportation allowance: **$750 monthly** * Statutory benefits from day one * Job stability * International premium brand * Indefinite-term contract (with probationary period) **Requirements** * Education: **Completed high school** * **Minimum 2 years of sales experience in retail stores or PREMIUM brands (mandatory)** **Experience in:** * Goods receipt * Warehouse organization * Inventory management * Cash reconciliation and collections * Area cleaning and maintenance * Basic Office software proficiency (50%) * Basic sales metrics **Key Skills** * Strong verbal communication * Excellent customer service * Commercial profile with sales orientation * Active listening * Professional appearance aligned with premium brands **Presentation** Executive and professional appearance suitable for representing a premium brand.
