Position Summary: ISA Corporativo is seeking a Production Manager to develop and monitor production schedules, control inventory, and ensure proper machinery operation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead production and ensure timely and proper deliveries. 2. Control inventory and raw materials. 3. Ensure machinery maintenance and proper operation. ISA Corporativo, a leader in outdoor advertising, invites you to join our team as a **Production Manager**, with the following responsibilities: * Develop and monitor production schedules, ensuring on-time and proper deliveries. * Control inventory, materials, and raw material movements. * Review quality reports and track incidents. * Ensure machinery maintenance, order, cleanliness, and proper operation. **Requirements:** * Education: Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or related field (in progress or completed). * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role. * ERP system proficiency. * Knowledge of occupational safety and hygiene in metal-mechanical plants. **We Offer:** * Base salary: **MXN $26,400 gross per month** (100% nominal). * Statutory and above-statutory benefits. * Monthly food vouchers worth MXN $1,400. * Savings fund contribution of 13%. **Work Location:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM.
