Improve the company's various processes to ensure quality compliance and operate at the lowest possible operational cost, leading the value chain with high-level decision-making alongside the Plant Director. **1\.** **Key responsibilities of the position:** 1**.** Diagnose and manage end-to-end the company’s processes that support productivity enhancement. 1\.1 Lead the mapping and creation of current and future macro Value Stream Maps (VSM), accompanied by a fully aligned Hoshin Kanri strategy tailored to the plant’s needs. 1\.2 Lead the implementation and monitoring of the tool through which daily operational results must be managed, enabling data-driven decisions for continuous daily improvement. 1\.3 Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) for productivity and cost to support decision-making. 2\. Establish and direct work strategies that foster a culture of operational excellence. 2\.1 Ensure Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB) certification for key plant leaders who are critical to driving process improvement through tool and methodology implementation. 2\.2 Develop improvement projects fully aligned with current business needs, including their ongoing updates and consistency, as well as administration—including staff participation and generated savings. 2\.3 Lead improvement teams across all aspects related to continuous improvement tools and methodologies, focusing on Critical Projects defined by the Plant Director and the plant’s needs. 2\.4 Validate and ensure key training on improvement methods and tools to support the implementation of an Operational Excellence culture. 2\.5 Lead the implementation of Small Group Activities (SGAs). 2\.6 Manage the walking calendar for plant staff, focusing on the most critical production line from the previous day, resulting in a SWOT analysis (Strengths, Opportunities, Weaknesses, Threats) and Poka-Yoke implementation. 2\.7 Administer best practices within the plant that contribute to increased productivity and pursue operational excellence based on their prioritization. 2\.8 Advise on the 5S methodology, including its full system and documentation. 3\. Evaluate and develop measurement methods to support decision-making. 31\. Optimize resources (Labor, Equipment, Space, Investments, Expenses) across all products, product families, business units, and/or locations under responsibility—and seek alternatives even beyond one’s area of responsibility. 3\.2 Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for Productivity and Cost to support decision-making. 3\.3 Lead the implementation of the SMED (Single-Minute Exchange of Die) tool in the plant. 3\.4 Lead digital documentation of operational methods and critical process adjustments. 2\. **Educational background:** * Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering (accreditation document: Graduation letter or equivalent). 3\. **Experience:** * Industrial Engineering and Continuous Improvement (verifiable via Six Sigma / Lean application): 4 years. * Continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma). * Implementation of improvements in Supply Chain, Operations, and/or Administrative Processes. 5\. **Certifications:** * LSSBB (Lean Six Sigma Black Belt). 6\. **Language:** * Advanced English.
