Job Summary: Industrial painting professional with experience in preparation, inspection, equipment adjustment, and preventive maintenance, focused on quality and problem resolution. Paint preparation/conditioning (paint feeding) 2\. Inspection of parts in process based on quality standards. 3\. Identification of defects that may occur during the curing process. 4\. Adjusting controls of the powder coating equipment for proper application. 5\. Arranging parts in hanging areas. 6\. Daily cleaning of spray guns, hoses, Venturis, pumps, feeders, and paint booths. 7\. Preparing the paint booth before operations begin, selecting the color to be used based on instructions from the area supervisor. 8\. Participating in the development of masking and/or part hanging methods. 9\. Resolving paint application problems. 10\. Ability to clean and prepare parts for work. 11\. Rework of previously prepared parts. 12\. Preventive and/or corrective maintenance on spray guns or control modules.
