We are seeking a responsible, organized, and proactive Operations Coordinator with experience in coordinating and supervising staff in cleaning, laundry, and maintenance. * Bachelor's degree in Tourism or related field * Daily coordination of cleaning, maintenance, laundry, and staff supervision logistics via the accommodation management system. * Ensure each accommodation is delivered to customers in optimal cleanliness condition with all amenities fully available. * Manage inventories of linens and cleaning supplies. * Weekly and monthly quotation for purchasing supplies. * Review customer reviews on platforms. * Handle incidents or emergencies arising during guests' stays. * Honesty and reliability; prompt and effective response to phone calls and WhatsApp messages. * Ability to anticipate and proactively resolve problems. * Effective communication skills and courteous interaction with customers and suppliers. * Availability to respond to emergencies outside regular working hours. * Prior experience in hospitality and tourism management. * Application of national and international quality standards in tourism services.
