Operations Assistant

Description

Job Summary: Responsible for cleaning and general maintenance of process areas, common areas, and exterior areas, as well as equipment and infrastructure presentation, and operator support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive maintenance of infrastructure and equipment. 2. Essential support in operations and organization. 3. Focus on cleaning and presentation of facilities. 1\. Process Areas * Cleaning of **grates and desanders** (removal of solids and sand). * Collection and proper disposal of screening waste and grease. * Periodic washing of **channels, weirs, and tank edges** to prevent scaling. * Removal of accumulated surface sludge or sediments in access zones. 2\. Common and Exterior Areas * Sweeping and cleaning of corridors, walkways, and equipment access points. * Weed cutting, garden cleaning, and green area management. * Cleaning of courtyards, fences, and perimeter areas to maintain a good appearance. * Garbage collection at disposal points and surrounding areas. 3\. Equipment and Infrastructure Presentation * External cleaning of electrical panels (without internal manipulation). * Cleaning of pumps, blowers, and visible equipment (using dry or damp cloth). * Removal of dust and grease from railings, gates, and external valves. * Preventive painting on minor structures (railings, covers, signage). 4\. Operator Support * Assist with **filter or mesh washing** under supervision. * Assist in **tool organization** in the workshop or warehouse. * Maintain orderly the **cleaning and waste collection logbook**.
