Job Summary: We are seeking an Operating Room Assistant to assist in surgeries, prepare the operating area, clean and sterilize, and organize surgical equipment and instruments. Organization of surgical equipment and instruments iQor Company, a provider of personnel management and administrative services, is seeking: **OPERATING ROOM ASSISTANT** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Technical High School Diploma in Nursing or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. * 1 year of experience in nursing and/or operating room. * Must reside in San Nicolás de los Garza, Nuevo León, or nearby municipalities. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Preparation of the operating room. * Cleaning and sterilization of the area. * Organization of surgical equipment and instruments for surgery. * Assistance to surgeons and nursing staff. * Inventory control and handling of surgical instruments. **WE OFFER:** * Shifts: Morning shift 08:00–20:00 hrs \& Night shift 20:00–08:00 hrs * Base salary: $11,000 monthly before taxes * Statutory benefits from day one\. * Life insurance If you meet the requirements and are interested in joining our team as an **OPERATING ROOM ASSISTANT**, we invite you to submit your application!
