We are seeking: Painter for corporate building Location: Santa Fe, CDMX Salary: $14,000 gross monthly + statutory benefits Minimum education: Junior high school Schedule: Rotating shifts according to operations: * 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. * 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. * 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. * Rotating days off (one Saturday one week and one Sunday the next) Requirements and experience: * Experience in surface preparation and application of paints and resins * Proficiency in sealing and caulking techniques * Knowledge of various paint types: epoxy, enamel, and lacquer * Application of coatings on surfaces such as floors, walls, ceilings, metal structures, doors, wood, and masonry * Operation of air spray guns and compressors Key responsibilities: * Surface preparation for paint or coating application * Application of paints, enamels, lacquers, and resins * Sealing and caulking on various surfaces * Maintenance of interior and exterior finishes * Preparation of mixtures and selection of appropriate products based on surface type * Handling, cleaning, and storage of painting tools (rollers, brushes, spray guns, compressors, etc.) * Support in general maintenance activities Salary: $14,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
