As a CBRE Maintenance Technician, you will support interactions with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure that assigned site tasks and work orders are completed. This position is part of the Maintenance team, which focuses on all operational aspects, providing support to the responsible Manager regarding repairs, maintenance activities, and maintenance planning. **Schooling for Maintenance Technician:** Technical or incomplete degree in Electrical Engineering. Experience: Minimum 1 year. **REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:** * Corrective and preventive maintenance of electrical equipment * Inspection of toilets, urinals, sinks, and cleaning fixtures (plumbing) * Support all maintenance activities related to installed systems. * 127V, 440V, 220V, 120V electricity application and use of electrical measuring equipment * Maintenance of the hydrosanitary system, water tanks, and sump pits * Maintenance of lighting systems and cleaning of electrical panels Why CBRE?
