As a CBRE Technician, you will support interactions with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure that site-related tasks and work orders are completed. This position is part of the Maintenance team, which focuses on all operational aspects, providing support to the assigned Manager regarding repairs, maintenance activities, and maintenance plans. Maintenance Technician **Education:** Technical or incomplete degree in Electricity. **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years. **REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:** * Corrective and preventive maintenance of electrical equipment * Inspection of toilets, urinals, sinks, and cleaning fixtures (plumbing) * Support all maintenance activities related to installed systems. * 127 volts, 440 volts, 220 volts, 120 volts; application of electricity principles and use of measuring equipment * Maintenance of the hydrosanitary system, cisterns, elevated tanks, and sumps. * Maintenance of lighting systems and cleaning of electrical panels.
