Job Summary: We are seeking a newly graduated maintenance technician to perform general facility maintenance, basic repairs, and support daily operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. General maintenance of facilities and equipment 2. Support in station security and order 3. Conducting inspection rounds We are seeking a maintenance technician (newly graduated) * Perform cleaning and general maintenance of facilities. * Repair basic faults in electricity, plumbing, and painting. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and facilities. * Check proper operation of pumps, lights, restrooms, and common areas. * Maintain tools and work materials in good condition. * Report major damages or repair needs. * Support station order and security activities. * Comply with established safety and hygiene regulations. * Conduct inspection rounds in assigned areas. * Provide support in general tasks required for daily operations.
