We require: Maintenance Assistant Requirements: Age: 25 to 45 years old Education: Minimum (Secondary School or High School—verifiable) Experience: 2 to 3 years verifiable experience as general maintenance staff What are we looking for? Committed personnel capable of properly performing their maintenance duties **Knowledge** of tools used in electricity, plumbing, metalwork, painting, drywall, etc. (a test will be administered) **Responsibilities:** Attend branches according to operational needs and instructions from the supervisor. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance at each branch and external locations (general activities include Electricity (assisting with general connections, knowledge of wire gauges), Plumbing (drainage in restrooms, sinks, etc.), Masonry (repairing internal structures such as partition walls, or installing finishes like flooring, tiles, and coatings, etc.), Metalwork (cutting and welding), Carpentry, Drywall (furniture and doors; experience cutting boards and sheet metal), Painting (surface preparation including cleaning, sanding, and crack repair, as well as paint application and other finishing techniques, etc.), roof leak repairs, and other duties as required.
