Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Assistant to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities, support events, and perform equipment cleaning tasks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance. 2. Support events and equipment cleaning. 3. Handle tools and complete logbooks. ***At Fibra Shop*** we seek talented individuals **Maintenance Assistant** ***We Offer:*** * Salary: $10,500 monthly / Gross / Weekly payment via BBVA * Statutory benefits * Morning, afternoon, and night shifts (rotating), working Monday through Sunday, with rotating schedules and rest days. * Work location: PUERTA TEXCOCO Shopping Center ***Requirements:*** * Preferably reside near the shopping center or have no transportation issues. * 1 year of experience in comprehensive maintenance (preferably in shopping centers) * Education: Junior high school ***Knowledge Required:*** * Maintenance-related knowledge * Knowledge of and ability to handle tools * Knowledge of and ability to complete logbooks * Reporting of daily routines * Reading measurement equipment ***Tasks to Perform:*** * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance for the shopping center. * Support events. * Record water meter readings * Turn lights on and off * Perform cleaning tasks on equipment.
