




Job Summary: We are seeking a technician with experience in general maintenance, including industrial electricity, plumbing, welding, masonry, carpentry, painting, and general mechanics. Key Highlights: 1. Technical role with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in general maintenance. 2. Extensive knowledge in electricity, plumbing, welding, and masonry. 3. Diverse tasks in civil works, hydrosanitary systems, and electrical systems. **Education: Technical degree.** Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position. General knowledge in: * Industrial electricity. * Plumbing. * Welding. * Masonry. * Carpentry and painting. * General mechanics. Hydrosanitary work: * Inspection, adjustment, and/or replacement of: toilets, sinks, washbasins, faucet handles, urinals, sanitary fixtures, sinks, flexible hoses for same, sanitary and hydraulic pipes, valves, connectors, “T” and “Y” couplings. * Cleaning, inspection, and/or replacement of hydrosanitary networks, pumps, compressed air systems. * Inspection and control of water in cisterns and elevated tanks; cleaning of cisterns and elevated tanks. * Inspection, cleaning, and repair of sanitary manholes. Civil works: * Application of vinyl paint on buildings and epoxy paint on roadways; enamel paint on metalwork and manhole covers. * Repair of doors, aluminum windows and furniture, windows, ironwork, and manhole covers. * Patching cracks in walls and floors. * Installation of flooring, ceramic tiles and baseboards (ceramic and wood), drywall on walls and ceilings, and ceiling panels. * Smoothing of walls and ceiling panels. * Installation of anti-slip nosings on stairs. * Welding on doors, windows, partitions, and railings. * Waterproofing and masonry work, such as plastering, walls, bond beams, and columns. Electrical work: * Cleaning of substations, electrical manholes, and lamps. * Inspection to ensure no moisture or water is present inside the substation. * Inspection of conductors and conduits, contacts, and switches. * Replacement of defective contacts and switches, light bulbs, lamps, ballasts. * Verification of switch connections, grounding, and temperature of electrical connections; verification of proper condition of measuring instruments. * Load balancing of energy consumption. * Re-tightening of fasteners. * Measurement and recording of electrical parameters: current, input and output voltage. * Installation of conduits, raceways, supports, and electrical panels. * Wiring. * Operational testing of electrical circuits.
