**Logistics Coordinator** **Metalworking Company, Located in the Bernardo Quintana Industrial Park, El Marques, Querétaro.** **Responsibilities:** * Receive and process orders. * Plan shipments (unit assignment, loading times, and estimated delivery time). * Plan and present fleet activity schedule. * Supervise delivery processes, ensuring timely and successful arrivals. * Confirm delivery services with customers and suppliers. * Follow up on incidents. * Notify site, customers, or suppliers in case of incidents. * Update vehicle records. * Verify operators' completed activities. * Inspect vehicle conditions (cleanliness, physical condition, etc.). * Collaborate with purchasing and warehouse departments for material receipt and dispatch. * Schedule maintenance services. * Quote and purchase vehicle parts. **Requirements:** * Minimum two years of experience in logistics. * Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. * Knowledge of national routes. * Valid driver's license. **Competencies:** * Responsibility * Creativity * Teamwork * Fast learner * Results-oriented * Frustration tolerance * Decision-making **Work Schedule:** 8:30 am \- 5:00 pm Monday to Friday 8:30 am \- 1:00 pm Saturdays Employment type: Full-time Salary: $9,204\.36 \- $21,819\.24 per month Work location: On-site
