Job Summary: Supervises delivery operations and in-store management, leading teams and negotiating with customers to ensure achievement of objectives. Key Highlights: 1. Supervision of delivery operations and store operations Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or related field (Graduated) Valid driver's license, experience handling standards Skills: Teamwork management Results-oriented and goal-driven Negotiation with internal and external customers Sales KPI management Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency Responsibilities: Supervise warehouse dispatch for delivery routes, ensuring order requests and in-store deliveries comply with established guidelines. Supervise in-store activities including restocking, product display, cleanliness, product handling, and promotion execution tracking. Personnel management, attendance reporting, vacation authorization, route assignment, and onboarding support for new staff.
