Job Summary: We are seeking a Kitchen Supervisor for the Mexican Football Federation to ensure the preparation of high-quality food and supervise processes to deliver standardized and excellent service. At the Mexican Football Federation, we seek your talent! ***Purpose of the Position*** We seek a Kitchen Supervisor who ensures the preparation of high-quality food, paying attention to presentation, portion sizes, measurements, and proper plating for each dish. Their mission is to supervise, train, and correct processes to ensure standardized and excellent service for staff and players. **Main Responsibilities** * Report ingredient needs to the Chef through daily inventory counts and stock verification, ensuring timely orders to suppliers. * Supervise adherence to preparation procedures in cold and hot stations, verifying proper food handling and preventing cross-contamination. * Coordinate requests for tableware, plates, and glassware to the dishwashing area, ensuring correct quantities for planned setups. * Review and ensure adequate supply, freshness, and presentation of buffet lines, maintaining quality standards per shift. * Conduct random checks on cleaning, temperatures, and food receipt in logs according to **Distintivo H** procedures, ensuring certification and area control. * Supervise efficient use of ingredients, avoiding overproduction and waste. * Taste and approve food prior to service, verifying seasoning, flavor balance, and proper cooking. * Provide feedback to dishwashing staff, ensuring cleanliness and fulfillment of duties. **Requirements:** * Prior kitchen experience and team supervision experience (minimum 1 year). * Knowledge of food hygiene and safety. * Leadership skills, ability to train, and attention to detail. * Proactive attitude and commitment to quality.
