Your work will directly impact the satisfaction of our guests and the efficiency of our operations. **Role Impact:** * Ensure consistent, safe, and timely dishes. * Manage waste and standardization to maintain a profitable kitchen. * Enhance the customer experience through service and teamwork. **Responsibilities:** * Perform mise en place, cooking, and portioning according to standardized recipes. * Monitor temperatures, food storage, and maintain required records. * Receive and verify supplies; implement FIFO/FEFO rotation. * Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment. * Comply with GMPs/HACCP and ensure safe food handling. * Support inventory management and control of waste/spoilage. * Collaborate with front-of-house and production teams. **What You’ll Bring:** * Experience as a cook (restaurant, cafeteria, or production environment). * Knowledge of food hygiene and safety. * Ability to operate kitchen equipment and read technical specifications. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Service-oriented attitude, results focus, and composure under pressure. **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary \+ statutory benefits. * Uniform and meals. * Training, career development paths, and recognition for results.
