Position Summary: We are seeking a kitchen assistant to support hot line operations and production tasks, including food preparation and maintaining cleanliness and order in the work area. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in food preparation and production. 2. Collaboration and teamwork in the kitchen. 3. Maintenance of hygiene and food safety. We are looking for a kitchen assistant who will primarily support hot line operations and production. Assist in food preparation, recipes, and sub-recipes. Keep the work area clean and organized, including tables, stoves, refrigerators, utensils, and equipment. Assist in food plating and service. Comply with hygiene and food safety standards. Collaborate with the kitchen team as required to ensure efficient service. Requirements Education: Preferably completed degree. Experience: Experience in kitchens, restaurants, or similar settings is desirable. Age: Preferably 30 years or older. Gender: Indifferent. Knowledge: Food cleaning and disinfection. Good hygiene practices. Basic use of kitchen utensils and equipment. Skills: Teamwork. Organization and cleanliness. Service-oriented attitude. Responsibility and punctuality. Working Conditions: Schedule: Rotating 8-hour shifts. Contract Type: Trial contract of 1, 2, and 3 months, followed by an indefinite-term contract. Work on weekends. Midweek day off.
