Job Summary: We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant for seafood preparation with basic experience, willingness to learn and develop professionally, supporting dish preparation, plating, and cleaning. Full-week employment; Monday to Sunday with one weekday day off, working hours from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., including one hour for lunch or personal use. Salary plus daily tips, and opportunity for performance-based salary increase. Requirements: Punctuality, good appearance, willingness to learn and develop professionally within our company, teamwork, and friendliness. 2-week probationary and adaptation period (paid). \-Assists chefs, plates dishes, prepares and chops vegetables, makes sauces, etc. \-Cleaning and maintaining good appearance. \-Willingness to learn.
