Madero, Mexico City** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Due to growth, we are seeking an **Inventory Supervisor** **Requirements:** 2 years of experience in a similar position Personnel management experience Intermediate to advanced Excel skills Knowledge of KPIs ERP system (SAE) knowledge **Responsibilities:** Coordinate cyclic counts and full inventories. Identify discrepancies, shortages, overages, or damaged goods. Supervise product arrangement and classification by model, brand, or capacity. Ensure proper product labeling and coding. Validate purchase documentation and incoming goods records. Coordinate warehouse and inventory staff. Generate inventory and product turnover reports. Monitor slow-moving items or overstock situations. Track warranties and returns. Maintain warehouse order and cleanliness. Verify compliance with internal processes and policies. Support internal and external audits. Review minimum and maximum stock levels. Coordinate replenishment with purchasing and sales departments. Supervise loading and unloading of goods. Control high-value equipment and sensitive merchandise.
