Job Summary: We are seeking a highly responsible facilities staff member to maintain cleanliness and optimal conditions of the institution's facilities, including medical areas. Key Points: 1. High-responsibility role in facility maintenance 2. General and specialized cleaning in medical areas 3. Support in masonry, plumbing, and electrical repairs (desirable) **DEPARTMENT:** ***FACILITIES MANAGEMENT*** **LEVEL OF RESPONSIBILITY:** ***High*** **WORK HOURS:** * Monday to Friday: 9:00–18:00 hrs. * Saturday: 8:00–14:00 hrs **Main Responsibilities:** * General cleaning of the institution * Transporting, moving, and rearranging furniture, equipment, and other materials located within the facilities during cleaning * Maintaining facilities and equipment in good operational condition (including dental units) * Providing support during masonry, plumbing, electrical, and painting repairs (desirable) * Rotating coverage of facility entrances according to service needs * Conducting deep cleaning in scheduled periods for instructional areas * Knowledge of sanitation procedures in medical areas and restrooms **CORE REQUIREMENTS** * Completed secondary education * Minimum 1 year of experience in facilities management Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $9,451.20 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
