Industrial Installation Technician

A reputable company is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician. Requirements: Willingness to travel Education Degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Mechanics, or related field. Experience Minimum years of industrial maintenance experience. Desirable experience in industrial laundry, hospitality, manufacturing, or industrial processes. Technical Knowledge Industrial electricity. Industrial mechanics. Pneumatics and hydraulics. Interpretation of electrical diagrams. Electric motors and frequency converters. Steam and boiler systems (desirable). Preventive and corrective maintenance. Industrial safety and lockout\-tagout (LOTO). Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial laundry machinery. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic failures in equipment. Carry out repairs on industrial washers, dryers, calenders, presses, washing tunnels, and conveyor systems. Verify proper operation of motors, pumps, valves, belts, sensors, and electrical panels. Maintain maintenance records and repair logs. Conduct periodic inspections of equipment and facilities. Install and commission new machinery. Ensure compliance with preventive maintenance programs. Report unsafe conditions or operational hazards. Maintain order and cleanliness in the workshop and work areas. Comply with industrial safety regulations and personal protective equipment requirements. Coordinate with production to minimize downtime. Request spare parts and materials needed for repairs. Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement programs.
