




Job Summary: We are seeking personnel to perform general and specialized cleaning, organize spaces, handle cleaning products, and assist with basic food preparation, maintaining high standards of hygiene and discretion. Key Highlights: 1. Deep and specialized cleaning in various areas. 2. Clothing, closet, and storage space organization. 3. Assistance with basic food preparation and adherence to instructions. * Perform general and deep cleaning in different areas (bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living rooms, dining rooms, terraces, and common areas). * Execute specialized cleaning of surfaces (marble, wood, stainless steel, glass, mirrors). * Wash, dry, iron, and organize clothing and linens. * Change bed sheets, towels, and linens according to the established frequency. * Organize and tidy closets, cabinets, and storage spaces. * Properly handle cleaning products, ensuring correct dosage and secure storage. * Conduct basic inventory control of cleaning supplies and promptly report shortages. * Assist with basic food preparation (as required). * Wash and disinfect kitchen utensils. * Properly manage waste and separate garbage according to household or company guidelines. * Care for and safeguard furniture, appliances, and delicate items. * Follow specific instructions from the employer or supervisor. * Maintain standards of hygiene, confidentiality, and discretion. * Report damages, defects, or incidents identified on the property. * In some cases: supervision of additional cleaning staff (if serving as a housekeeper in a large residence or boutique hotel) ### **Behavioral Competencies** * Responsibility and reliability. * Strong sense of order and attention to detail. * Discretion and professional ethics. * Time management. * Proactivity. * Verifiable employment stability. * Tolerance for operational routines.
