Job Summary: We are seeking a Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness and order in guest rooms and ensure guest satisfaction at the Hotel Marquis Reforma. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborate with the front desk team and other departments We are looking for a Housekeeper available to work rotating shifts from 8 AM to 4 PM and from 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM to join our team at the Hotel Marquis Reforma. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in our guests' rooms, as well as providing quality service that ensures customer satisfaction. Your main responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining rooms, preparing rooms for new arrivals, delivering clean towels and linens, attending to guests' needs, and collaborating with the front desk team and other hotel departments. Minimum requirements for the position: a rigorous attention to detail and effective communication skills. Prior experience is not required; however, previous experience in similar roles within upscale hotels will be valued. You must be respectful, friendly, and possess a strong sense of responsibility.
