Coordinate with other departments and manage inventory A boutique hotel located in the Roma neighborhood is seeking a Housekeeper Supervisor: **Responsibilities:** * Supervise the housekeeping team * Assign rooms and monitor cleaning status * Verify quality standards in guest rooms and common areas * Manage linens, amenities, and inventory * Report incidents and maintenance issues * Coordinate with front desk and other departments * Train and monitor the housekeeping team **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a Housekeeper Supervisor or housekeeping supervisor * Leadership and personnel management skills * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Knowledge of hotel cleaning procedures * Service-oriented attitude * Flexible working hours Salary: $14,900.00 - $15,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
