Job Summary: Responsible for maintaining residences and villas in immaculate condition, ensuring guest satisfaction and adherence to high standards of quality and hygiene. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure the cleaning and disinfection of hotel villas 2. Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously 3. Guarantee an exceptional guest experience As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining residences and villas in pristine and optimal condition. Your work is essential to ensuring guest satisfaction while meeting established quality standards. * Ensure the cleaning of hotel villas, verifying disinfection of all surfaces and compliance with hygiene protocols, thereby guaranteeing an exceptional guest experience. * Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously. * Change bed linens and towels, ensuring all items are in good condition. This includes inspecting linens for stains or damage. * Report the status of residences/villas, i.e., whether occupied, vacant, F/S, locked, or bearing an N/M card, etc. * Adhere to residence/villa arrival standards. * Restock room supplies such as soaps, shampoos, and toilet paper. It is important to verify that guests have everything they need during their stay. * Verify the functionality of all equipment present in residences/villas, such as lamps, remote controls, kitchen electrical appliances, etc.; any defects must be reported immediately to your supervisor. * Adjust the telephone ringer volume to a low level; additionally, its functionality and cleanliness must be checked. * Conduct a kitchen utensil inventory upon checkout; any missing or damaged items must be reported immediately to your supervisor for appropriate billing. **To succeed in this role, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:** * Technical training * Academic certificates, minimum secondary education level * 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry **The following capabilities and distinctions would be advantageous in this position:** * Knowledge of sanitation and safety regulations required to maintain a clean environment. * Familiarity with methods and procedures for cleaning various surfaces and materials, such as floors, windows, and furniture. * Ability to handle cleaning tools. * Knowledge of different cleaning products, their applications, and necessary precautions for safe use.
