Job Summary: A restaurant group is seeking a hostess with experience in casual dining restaurants to ensure an excellent welcome and guest service. Key Highlights: 1. Important: The restaurant group is seeking a HOSTESS for its Roma Norte location. **Requirements:** * Experience: 2 years as a hostess in casual dining restaurants. * Completed high school education. * English proficiency preferred. * Age: 22 to 30 years old. * Familiarity with OpenTable and TripAdvisor. * Excellent appearance. * Knowledge of point-of-sale systems. * Availability to rotate shifts. **Main Responsibilities:** * Greet guests arriving at the restaurant according to the established standards of **Mandolina**, register them, and direct them to appropriate tables based on their needs. * Escort guests to their assigned tables as part of the welcome protocol. * Manage table assignment logistics in accordance with the waitlist. * Ensure adherence to service protocols aligned with guests’ stated needs upon arrival at the reception. * Maintain cleanliness of the podium at all times. * Bid farewell to departing guests and invite them to return.
