Basic training in construction processes and material handling. **Company:** Antike **Location:** Construction site in Mexico City **Employment Type:** Full-time \| Project-based **Payment:** Weekly **Job Description** At Antike, we are seeking a **General Construction Assistant** to support the glass and shower enclosure installation team on a high-end hotel project. The position targets individuals who are **organized, careful, and detail-oriented**. **Working Hours** * **Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.** * **30-minute lunch break** * **Punctuality is mandatory** (site access is strictly regulated with zero tolerance for schedule deviations) **Main Responsibilities** * Support in **glass and shower enclosure sealing** (silicone application and cleaning). * **Cleaning of glass**, partitions, hardware, and finishes. * Protection of installed elements (plastic, cardboard, tape). * Basic storage organization and material control (**warehouse and materials**). * Transporting light materials and assisting with maneuvers. * Daily cleaning of the work area and waste removal. * General support to the installation team throughout the shift. * Other basic on-site support tasks as required. **Requirements** * Prior experience preferred in construction cleaning, fine finishes, hospitality, or similar activities (not mandatory). * Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented individual. * Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively. * **Punctuality is mandatory**. * Availability to work on-site under strict safety regulations. * Willingness to: * Register with IMSS * Complete a safety course (half-day) * Undergo breathalyzer and anti-doping tests per site policies **Competencies** * Attention to detail * Organization and cleanliness * Responsibility * Teamwork * Positive, supportive attitude **We Offer** * Weekly payment. * Stability for the duration of the project. * Work on high-end hotel construction projects. * Basic training in construction processes and material handling.
