This position is ideal for individuals interested in learning and developing in the renewable energy sector, participating in projects both within and outside the city. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in the installation and mounting of solar panels at various locations. * Prepare tools, materials, and equipment required for installations. * Support the technical team during assembly, mounting, and basic connection activities. * Perform general support tasks at construction sites or installation locations. * Assist in transporting, loading, and unloading materials and equipment. * Maintain order and cleanliness in work areas, following instructions from the technical team. **Requirements:** * Education: Junior high school or high school diploma. * Approximately 6 months to 1 year of experience in similar activities such as solar panel installation, fieldwork, maintenance, or construction support. * Availability to work in remote areas for extended periods. * Valid driver's license preferred. * Physical stamina and ability to perform fieldwork. * Collaborative attitude, responsibility, and willingness to learn. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Weekly salary: $2,150 \+ productivity bonuses * Statutory benefits. * Initial project-based contract; based on productivity, may transition to an indefinite-term contract. **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Offices located in Metepec, State of Mexico.
