A well-established nursery is seeking **Gardening Assistants** in the **Zapopan** area. **WEEKLY PAY, IMSS COVERAGE, CONTINUOUS TRAINING, AND CAREER GROWTH** This position is ideal for responsible and energetic individuals who are willing to perform physical labor, assist with gardening tasks and nursery maintenance, and follow instructions from the supervising technician. Basic knowledge of horticulture, plants, and green spaces is desirable. **Responsibilities** Assist in landscaping projects, including site preparation, planting, and basic garden design. Distribute plants, helping organize and correctly place them within the nursery as well as at external project sites. Perform planting and replanting as needed. Maintain green areas by assisting with irrigation, pruning, cleaning, and weed control. Field assignments supporting installation, maintenance, and servicing of off-site projects such as client gardens or special events. Travel and relocation: willingness to travel according to nursery and external project requirements, adapting to various locations. Tool and equipment handling: assist in the proper use and basic maintenance of gardening tools to ensure optimal functionality. Provide general maintenance support when required.
