Position Summary: We are seeking a Forklift Mechanic, Automotive Mechanic, or Heavy Equipment Mechanic for preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment 2. Execution of SMP on combustion forklifts 3. Interpretation of electrical and hydraulic diagrams and fault correction **TOYOTA TSUSHO CORPORATION DE MEXICO SA DE CV** **HIRING** **Forklift Mechanic, Automotive Mechanic, or Heavy Equipment Mechanic** **Requirements:** * Education: Technical degree in automotive mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. * Experience: General automotive mechanics, forklifts, or industrial equipment. * Proficiency with industrial tools and internal combustion engines. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare daily reports and work orders accurately. * Perform proper preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment. * Execute SMP at 250, 1000, and 2000 hours on combustion forklifts. * Workshop cleaning. * 5S implementation and follow-up. * Tool custody to ensure constant availability. * Installation of attachments such as rotators, double forks, side shifters, and paper roll clamps. * Interpretation of electrical and hydraulic diagrams; review of diagram interpretation manuals; fault correction; equipment operational testing; delivery of fully functional equipment. **Competencies:** * Customer focus * Communication * Teamwork * Results orientation * Adherence to policies and procedures * Commitment **STATUTORY AND SUPERIOR BENEFITS** * Year-end bonus equivalent to 30 days' salary * Savings fund * Grocery vouchers * Life insurance * Monthly bonus of $5,500 **\*Availability to rotate shifts\*** Employment type: Full-time Salary: $15,792\.56 per month Work location: On-site employment
