**FACTOR IT CONSULTING is seeking a Field Engineer in Polanco \- Guadalupe, Nuevo León** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Requirements: * Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering \- GRADUATED. * Interest in fieldwork. * Flexible availability regarding working hours. * **Standard vehicle operation** and valid driver's license. Job responsibilities: * Support HVAC system installations. * Execute equipment cleaning, lubrication, and optimization plans. * Collaborate in identifying critical failures and repairing components. * Operate high-end tools following industrial safety standards. * Actively participate in our training programs. Employment benefits: * **Monthly income:****$16,000 MXN (net)** (comprising base salary \+ punctuality and attendance bonuses). * **Timely payments:** Bi-weekly. * **Vacation days:** 12 days starting from the first year \+ up to 5 additional days per operational cycle. * **Year-end bonus (Aguinaldo):** 20 days (exceeding legal requirements!). * **Professional development:** Ongoing technical training plan. Working hours: * Monday to Friday (7:30 AM to 5:00 PM) and Saturdays (7:30 AM to 1:00 PM) * Fieldwork, travel, technical emergency response, and possible adjustments to rest days according to operational needs.
