People like you! **Facility Quality Management** Position ID: 50968390 Employment Type: Full-time, Location: Matehuala FES Code (HRL Level): Y\-06\-13 **Position Objective.** * Control and verification related to the execution of activities within the building maintenance management and quality system, based on company plans, procedures, codes, and other applicable techniques; as well as site financial resources allocated for executing departmental activities to achieve established objectives. **Main Responsibilities** * Control and verify information regarding the development of the department's internal quality management systems, complying with guidelines and standards specified in ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001\. * Participate in monitoring compliance with departmental policies and standards across various activities. * Collaborate with your supervisor in conducting audits of the department (internal and external) and implement resulting corrective actions with the team. * Monitor and control departmental budget, invoicing, and procurement information. * Facilitate and manage reporting information on departmental performance indicators. * Provide and consolidate information regarding management of departmental fixed assets, materials, and spare parts. * Participate in activities promoting efficient use of services. * Control and verify, through a system, work instructions, standards, and procedures for maintenance and cleaning activities. * Participate in and implement continuous improvement activities. * Promote and participate in the implementation and follow-up of 5S **Join our team and apply now!**
