This position directly impacts operational continuity, personnel safety, and infrastructure preservation through proper management of maintenance, resources, and vendors. **Key Responsibilities:** * Maintain general building services—including offices, lighting, restrooms, painting, furniture, flooring, and glazing—in optimal condition. * Develop and administer maintenance policies for drainage systems, roofs, flooring, loading docks, cleaning, fumigation, cafeterias, and internal and external facilities. * Create maintenance plans for areas not covered by existing policies. * Establish metrics to measure the efficiency and compliance of maintenance programs. * Control maintenance expenses and manage personnel under supervision. * Coordinate and supervise contractors and vendors for maintenance and infrastructure projects. * Ensure adherence to timelines, scope, and quality standards for executed projects. * Collaborate with the relevant department (EHS) to establish safety guidelines.
