Inventory management and workplace cleaning THE MINIATURE We are seeking a Barista/General Assistant Shift: Evening Work six days per week with a rotating day off The ideal candidate will be responsible for beverage preparation and direct customer service at the counter: **Responsibilities:** * Prepare and produce cold/hot beverages and other products according to established requirements. * Clean and disinfect work areas, utensils, and preparation equipment. * Prepare necessary supplies for beverage production (e.g., grinding coffee beans). * Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies, reporting when restocking is needed. * Collaborate as part of a team to ensure efficient workflow. * Inventory responsibility * Customer service **Requirements:** * Prior experience in beverage preparation. * Basic knowledge of barista techniques. * Customer service and effective communication skills. * Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment. * Proactive attitude, responsibility, and commitment to quality. **We Offer:** * Base salary: $2205.00 * Weekly performance bonus * Monthly bonuses of $1,000, disbursed weekly * Weekly payments * Schedule: Monday–Friday 13:30–21:30, Saturday 13:30–21:30, Sunday 11:00–19:00 **How to Apply?** * Submit your resume or job application through this channel. * Visit our branch at Niños Héroes located at: Av.
