Collaborate in a team with a service-oriented attitude **Job Objective:** Support various stages of the chocolate production process, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene standards in the workplace, thereby contributing to the plant's operational efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist with general cleaning, organization, and maintenance of processing areas. * Transport materials within the plant. * Assist in receiving and distributing finished products and raw materials. * Support ingredient processing. * Assist in operating basic machinery for chocolate manufacturing. * Pour, mold, and demold chocolate products. * Package and label finished products. * Ensure quality of processes and products under your responsibility. * Properly organize and store ingredients and products. * Ensure correct measurements and weights of products. * Assist in chocolate confectionery processes (coating seeds using drums). **Leadership Competencies:** * Service-oriented attitude and team support. * Ability to follow instructions and collaborate. **Technical Competencies:** * Basic knowledge of plant operations. **Requirements:** * Completed Secondary Education (Minimum requirement). * Technical degree in Food Science, Industrial Production, or related field (Desirable).
