




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive cook with experience in recipe management to prepare and ensure the quality of dishes, while supporting various kitchen tasks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain proactivity and constant attention to service 2. Prepare dishes and ensure their quality 3. Provide comprehensive support in kitchen operations Be proactive and maintain constant attention to service. Manage recipes. Prepare raw materials for dish production according to required standards. Ensure quality before, during, and after dish preparation. Assist with mixing when required by the Chef, Sous Chef, or other cooks. Follow up on and comply with quality management systems. Maintain the FIFO system in your work area and storage. Support the execution of established kitchen cleaning responsibilities. Wash trays, tableware, glassware, and utensils used in food preparation and service.
