* **FOR THE WAREHOUSE AND SHIPPING DEPARTMENT** * Generation of purchase requisitions and tracking of arrivals. * Validation of material stock levels in coordination with the warehouse. * Communication channel with the commercial department regarding any material deviations, if necessary. * Issuance of electronic vouchers; tracking of electronic voucher fulfillment in the production area. * Review, cleanup, and weekly update of Max/Min levels to ensure and control inventory levels. * Notify the commercial and/or production planning departments of pending material arrivals to ensure on-time delivery to customers. * Tracking and cleanup of outdated vouchers in the SAPI system that appear as unfulfilled.
