We are looking for a detail-oriented, dynamic, and highly aesthetically aware **Conditioning Associate** to ensure every device we sell looks and feels exceptional. **Job Mission** Inspect, clean, and prepare technological products (laptops, smartphones, tablets) for storage and sale, ensuring they meet Reuse’s aesthetic and quality standards. **Responsibilities.** **\-** Perform deep cleaning and initial preparation of electronic devices using appropriate supplies. \- Identify visible cosmetic flaws, physical damage, or missing components in devices. \- Prepare final products for storage and subsequent sale, ensuring packaging is immaculate. \- Monitor and request necessary materials for cleaning and preparation (liquids, cloths, boxes, etc.). \- Ensure compliance with Reuse’s quality standards and maintain a clean, organized workspace. **What We’re Looking For?** **\- Education:** Completed high school (preparatory) or Technical Degree (electronics, systems, or related field). **\- Experience:** Prior experience handling electronic devices or working in product packaging/conditioning is preferred. **\- Technical Competencies:** * Basic handling of electronic devices. * Knowledge or familiarity with aesthetic quality standards. **\- Behavioral Competencies:** * Attention to detail * Organization * Responsibility * Teamwork **What We Offer?** * **Salary:** $10,000 monthly gross. * **Statutory Benefits.** * **Growth:** Opportunities for professional development within a rapidly expanding regional startup. * **Work Environment:** A young, agile, and results-oriented team. **Position Details:** * **Location:** Logisfashion Centro Maestro "Tepo 1", Carretera Libramiento Sur No. 6\-Edificio 1, Texcacoa, 54605 Tepotzotlán, Méx. * **Schedule:** Full-time. * **Hiring:** Immediate.
