Ensures compliance with cleaning procedures in production At **Empacadora Regina**, a leader in product distribution and meat packaging, we are seeking a sanitation expert to take charge of hygiene across our facilities. **Required Technical Profile:** * **Chemical Expertise:** Precise preparation and dosing of solutions (chlorine, quaternary ammonium) and handling of concentrations (**ppm**). * **Regulatory Knowledge:** Solid understanding of **TIF / SENASICA** and **GMP** (Good Manufacturing Practices). * **SSOP Processes:** Execution and supervision of Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures. * **Safety:** Interpretation of Safety Data Sheets and detection of organic (fats/proteins) and inorganic (scale) soil. **Leadership Skills (Key):** * **Staff Management:** Leading an operational team (approx. 5 people). * **Assertive Communication:** Ability to immediately correct errors on the floor **without causing conflict**. * **Resilience:** Maintaining compliance with cleaning procedures even under high production demand. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Floor Supervision:** Verify proper washing and sanitization of contact and non-contact surfaces. * **Efficacy Validation:** Conduct visual inspections and monitor contact times of sanitizers. * **Organization:** Manage shifts, activities, and ensure availability of chemical supplies. * **Training:** Instruct crew on safe use of detergents and dilutions. **Our Offer:** * **Salary:** $12,000–$14,500 monthly, depending on experience * **Pay Schedule:** Weekly * **Statutory Benefits** from day one. * **Stability:** Immediate hiring at a solid, consistently growing company.
