We seek a responsible, punctual, helpful, and positive individual to join our operations team. This position is essential to keeping our facilities clean, organized, safe, and ready to deliver an excellent experience to our customers every day. Responsibilities: * Clean and disinfect common areas, studios, equipment, storage rooms, restrooms, and changing rooms. * Maintain facilities in excellent condition regarding cleanliness, organization, and hygiene. * Restock cleaning supplies, towels, and amenities. * Assist with inventory control of supplies. * Greet customers warmly and support them during their visit as needed. * Help customers adjust bicycles or other equipment they will use during class. * Report facility defects or areas requiring improvement. * Support operational tasks assigned by the Manager or shift supervisor. * Complete the daily work plan on time and as required. * Maintain punctuality, attendance, and a positive attitude. Requirements: * Desired experience in cleaning, customer service, gyms, hotels, restaurants, or service-oriented environments. * Friendly and service-oriented attitude. * Responsibility and punctuality. * Appreciation for order and cleanliness. * Availability for full-time employment. * Ability to work effectively in a team.
