Job Summary:
We are seeking a Chemical or Environmental Engineer with experience in the hospital sector to manage quality, safety, and hygiene processes, and to supervise operations and personnel, with an emphasis on continuous improvement and critical attention.

**Requirements:**
· Completed degree in Chemical or Environmental Engineering.
· Intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency.
· AI tools proficiency.
· Operational availability.
· Safety and hygiene knowledge.
· Quality process knowledge.
· ISO, NOMs, and audit experience.
· Experience managing operational and administrative personnel.
· Two years of experience in hospital-sector processes.

**Your responsibilities will include:**
· Tracking pending items and addressing critical areas.
· Ensuring scheduled cleaning activities are completed.
· Billing follow-ups.
· Operational control.
· Containing and tracking complaints.
· Adherence to continuous improvement principles.
· Preparing administrative staff payroll.
· Attending internal and external audits.
· Supervising RPBI handling.
· Performing duties inherent to the area.
**Work Schedule:**
Monday through Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00 hrs.
Employment Type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract.
Salary: $23,000.00 – $23,900.00 per month.
