




Job Summary: Responsible for general cleaning and maintenance of common areas, offices, and coffee stations, ensuring adequate supply of cleaning materials. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain the cleanliness and order of the building. 2. Restock coffee stations and cafeteria supplies. 3. Manage cleaning supplies. * Perform general building cleaning tasks, including: spill cleanup, vacuuming and garbage collection indoors and outdoors; cleaning cafeteria areas, coffee stations, appliances and utensils, refrigerators, microwaves, restrooms, handrails, floors, walls, mirrors, and windows; cleaning private offices, furniture, doors; vacuuming carpets in hallways, workstations, and common areas; sweeping and mopping restroom, cafeteria, reception, and common area floors; dusting common areas (furniture, doors, etc.); emptying and cleaning trash bins, etc. * Prepare coffee and restock cafeteria and coffee station supplies such as napkins, cups, sugar, etc. * Ensure adequate supply of cleaning materials and coffee station supplies
