To preserve this magic, we’re looking for a committed, detail-oriented individual with the right attitude to keep our space immaculate and safe for both our guests and team. ### **What Will Your Responsibilities Be?** * **Brilliance and Order:** Perform deep and routine cleaning of common areas (dining room, restrooms, bar, terrace, and entrances). * **Kitchen Area:** Assist in cleaning food preparation zones following hygiene standards. * **Supply Management:** Report shortages of cleaning supplies and ensure their proper use. * **Attention to Detail:** Keep the restaurant’s iconic corners and walls clean while respecting the venue’s essence and original character. * **Sanitization:** Ensure restrooms are always spotless and fully stocked during service. ### **What Are We Looking for in You?** * **Experience:** Minimum 6 months in similar roles (hotels, restaurants, bars, or event venues). * **Attitude:** Proactive, honest, punctual, and possessing excellent service orientation. * **Schedule Availability:** Essential for shift rotation (opening, afternoon, and late-night closing), working Monday through Sunday with one weekday day off. * **Teamwork:** Ability to coordinate effectively with waitstaff and kitchen teams. ### **What Do We Offer You?** * **Base salary**. * **Weekly tips** (a portion of that great atmosphere goes straight into your pocket!). * Statutory benefits from day one (IMSS, year-end bonus, vacation time). * Daily meal service (staff meals). * Uniform. * Job stability and a dynamic, cheerful, musical work environment.
