Required Profile: * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of kitchen experience. * Ability to adapt to our processes. * Basic knowledge of hot line, cold line, or production. * Hygienic food handling. * Ability to work under pressure. * Proactive attitude and teamwork skills. * Organization and cleanliness in the work area. * Availability to rotate shifts. * Punctuality and responsibility. Responsibilities: * Food preparation and mise en place. * Support on hot and cold lines. * Preparation and plating of dishes following recipes and standards. * Washing, cutting, and portioning of ingredients. * Maintaining a clean and organized workstation. * Assisting in inventory control and storage of supplies. * Compliance with hygiene and safety regulations. * Supporting Cook A and chefs during service.
