AAA Restaurant, currently expanding, seeks a highly committed **Chef** with a practical focus on cooking who will continue actively cooking and lead the kitchen team. Key Responsibilities: * Execute and supervise daily kitchen production. * Lead kitchen teams in banquet operations and restaurant-style service. * Standardize recipes, portion sizes, and preparation methods. * Ensure order, cleanliness, and compliance with quality standards. * Train and evaluate operational staff. * Organize shifts, workflow, and production timelines. * Supervise setup, service, and breakdown for events. * Maintain operational control over supplies, waste, and yields. * Guarantee consistency in flavor, presentation, and timing. Requirements: * Proven experience in **Fine Dining restaurants for at least 5 years**. * Experience leading kitchen personnel. * Ability to standardize recipes and processes. * Excellent sense of order, cleanliness, and organization. * High level of responsibility, punctuality, and discipline. * Full schedule availability. * Residence in San Pedro Garza García or nearby area (mandatory). * Ability to work under pressure and handle high-volume production.
