The quality of your service directly reflects our guests’ satisfaction. The primary objective of the housekeeper position is to ensure cleanliness and proper presentation of bedrooms and common areas to deliver quality service, in full compliance with Mayaluxe standards. **What You Will Do:** * General cleaning: Perform thorough and deep cleaning of all property areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchens, and outdoor spaces, as needed. * Linen change: Remove used bed linens and towels and replace them with clean, freshly laundered sets. * Bathroom cleaning: Clean and disinfect all bathroom surfaces, including toilets, sinks, bathtubs or showers, mirrors, and fixtures. * Kitchen cleaning: Clean and disinfect all kitchen surfaces, including countertops, appliances, and sinks. * Living area cleaning: Clean and organize common areas such as living rooms and dining rooms, including furniture cleaning, carpet vacuuming, and dusting of surfaces, curtains, windows, and fans. * Outdoor area cleaning: If the property includes outdoor areas such as patios, terraces, or balconies, these must be cleaned and maintained in optimal condition. * Supply replenishment: Ensure essential supplies — such as toilet paper, soap, towels, bed linens, and cleaning products — are fully stocked. * Communication: Report any issues or special needs requiring attention — e.g., necessary repairs or depleted supplies — to the Property Manager (PM). * Guest assistance: Respond to guest requests as required. * Compliance with cleaning and safety standards: Ensure the property meets rigorous cleaning and disinfection standards. * Complete daily activity checklists as required. * Report any damage, forgotten items, or valuables left in plain sight within the property. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping * Basic knowledge of room setup and cleaning procedures * Proactive attitude, strong manual dexterity, and attention to detail * Familiarity with general cleaning methods and processes * Ability to work effectively in a team * Professional appearance * Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
