Teamwork and working under pressure in a dynamic environment Position: Bartender Assistant / Barback Schedule: Wednesday to Monday Job Objective: Support the bartender in bar operations to ensure beverage service is fast, clean, and consistent. Maintain a well-stocked and organized bar before, during, and after service. Main Responsibilities: \- Bar Setup: Fill ice bins, cut lemon, orange, and cucumber garnishes. Arrange clean glassware. \- Stocking: Restock liquors, soft drinks, syrups, beer, and disposables to prevent shortages during service. \- Cleaning: Wash glasses, shakers, and spoons. Mop spills and keep the bar dry. Empty trash bins. \- Preparation Support: Hand bottles to the bartender, squeeze fresh juices, serve soft drinks, open beer or simple wines. \- Inventory Control: Report missing supplies to the bartender or supervisor. Assist in receiving and organizing deliveries. \- Closing Duties: Wash all equipment, polish glassware, clean the back bar, take out trash, and prepare the bar for the next shift.
