We seek a committed individual, willing to learn and passionate about manual work. This position focuses on supporting various processes within the bakery department. **Main Responsibilities:** * Preparation and arrangement of ingredients for production. * Assistance in dough handling and basic production processes. * Collaboration in shaping and preparing items for baking. * Ongoing cleaning and organization of the work area. * Support in general activities within the workshop. **Ideal Candidate Profile:** * Responsible and organized individual. * Punctual with a positive attitude toward work. * Ability to follow procedures and instructions. * Interest in learning about artisanal baking. * Prior experience is not required. **We Offer:** * On-the-job training within the department. * Timely payment. * Positive work environment. * Opportunity for learning and development in artisanal baking.
